We have picked this method of pricing to enable us to provide you with an easy method to determine a price for your inspection that is more accurate than what is typically used. Many inspection companies base their prices on either the selling price of a home or the square feet. Unfortunately the cost of a home does not accurately reflect the effort required to do a quality inspection and in Georgia the square feet of a home are generally not known. (see ** note below)
** Note - In Georgia Realtors are not allowed to disclose the Square footage of a home in the listing etc. As a result the square footage is generally not known.
Base price starts at a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, on a slab.
This base price includes: Kitchen, Hallways, Laundry, Living & Dining Room or Great Room, Breakfast area, up to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a deck up to 200 square feet.
